The Bourgeois Restaurant

On the second floor there is the restaurant "Bourgeois", a space where the local gastronomic traditions of the Volga region meet with European cuisine. The menu is made up of farm products from the Volga region and classic European dishes: each ingredient is carefully selected to emphasize the authenticity of taste and high quality. The interior is designed in a modern style using natural materials: wood, stone and textiles, creating an atmosphere of comfort and encouraging both a business breakfast and a leisurely dinner.

A special feature of breakfast at Bourgeois is the gastro-set format, where each guest can assemble their ideal morning set, depending on their mood and preferences. These can be light and healthy sets with granola, yoghurts and fresh fruits, as well as hearty classic combinations with eggs Benedict, airy cheesecakes with berries, homemade pancakes with red caviar, Belgian waffles and fragrant pastries. Each set is thought out by the chef to the smallest detail, so that the morning starts with pleasure and cheerfulness.

A buffet breakfast is served for guests, business lunches are available in the afternoon, and dinners with the chef's signature approach are served in the evening.
